We offer hair accessories.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual product (for example due to screen settings). -
Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in EUR or USD.
Prices do not include any additional charges that may apply outside the European Union (such as customs duties or local taxes), which are the responsibility of the customer. -
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped from the Czech Republic.
We use available shipping carriers depending on the destination (postal services or pickup point networks such as Zásilkovna).
Estimated delivery times:

European Union: 3–10 business days

United States: 7–21 business days
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. -
Returns (Non-EU Customers)
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery unless agreed otherwise.

For hygiene reasons, used hair accessories cannot be returned. -
